Return & Exchange Process
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Archery Sets & Kits: These items are often customized or assembled specifically for the customer, making them non-returnable.
- Arrow Making Supplies: Due to the specialized nature of these products, they cannot be returned once purchased.
- Broadheads: For safety reasons, broadheads cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.
